You’re Not Alone

I’m like a happy detective: I notice things in you that others don’t, yet won’t make you feel threatened. We’ll take on things you realize that you’re ready to, and I’ll remind you that you may not be ready to make changes across the board. Small steps in some areas, big one in others.

Together, we’ll find ways to allow you move into a new awareness of your experience, then into resilience to handle what’s on your plate.

Life is hard; there’s pain and suffering. Yet life is also beautiful, and with observation and gratitude we can notice nice moments, mindfully, then string together those moments into a way of choosing to live with contentment, rather than being stuck in depression, anxiety, grief, stress, or trauma.

So let’s get started.
